Excellent community. By design, the apts have more of a feel more like a townhouse/home community, its nice there are only two floors to each building. The community is full of nice, normal people who simply find renting to be a more suitable option for their life stage than owning. These are well built, insultated apartments, which would make sense since the property mgmt co also does condos/townhomes. Maintenance issues, which rarely come up anyway, are handled promptly and the office staff is friendly and professional. The location is wonderful - very quick drive to shopping.
