I honestly don't know where to begin. The floorplan is nice, but it pretty much ends there. We happen to live in the same building as two maintenance employees. I swear it's a 24-hour party in each of their units. They also feel the handicap parking space is reserved for their own personal use. If you like the constant sound of bass, people holding private parties on balconies, empty beer bottles scattered in the lawn, excercise equip. that never works, and dumpsters that more resemble a GoodWill drop-off location, then you've found the place for you. If this doesn't sound like your cup of tea, don't bother talking to management. Despite countless calls to the leasing office, neighbor issues are never addressed or resolved. Maybe the fact that the leasing office staff is dating the maintenance staff has something to do with it.

-- As with any apartment, noise problems can be hit or miss but these apartments tend to be well insulated. - As for the dumpsters, if you put a dumpter in the front of any subdivision on the Northside, I bet that the homeowners would be placing large trash in or around it just as much - same with the beer cans in the grass - you'd see them in a subdivision too... I do agree that the workout room could use a makeover... but overall, this is a great community. |
