Nice place to live. Office personel are friendly and polite. Maintaince is usually prompt. Never had an issue go unanswered for more a couple of days. Depending on the type of problem usually results in a faster response. When I called about my A/C they were out that day, call about a dripping faucet about 1-2 days. Either way, they get issues resolved.

Construction of buildings does a good job noise wise for the most part, but when your neighbors cook oriental food, you'll know it.

Plenty of parking and nice accomodations. Basketball court, tennis court, activity center, kid pool area, etc.

Only downside to this complex is the trash. They have 2 compactors and you have take your trash to them. Instead of being able to walk your trash across the way to a dumpster you have to load it up in your car and take it one of the two locations.
