I lived at Wellington Place for 1 year and it was the worst place I have ever lived at.
The staff in the office is very rude and can not seem to get anything correct. I moved out at the end of April and will never look back at that place. I would call in a work order to the office and 2 weeks later the order would not be done, they forgot to write the order. The renewal time is HELL they will raise your rent $95 per month and tell you that they could get that from someone else off the street, then forget to tell you that you need to give a 45 day notice. Don't ever be late on your rent or you will be punished like a little kid that went to the bathroom in there paints. The lady will yell at you and tell you that there is nothing that they can do you have to pay the late fee. My final thoughs on this place is never live at Wellington Place Apartments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
