Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
You would think that Wellington Place would be a nice place to live...it looks nice. Unfortunately, that's it. In reality it has been a total let-down. Our lease expires this summer and we're out of here. The staff is clueless and never follows up with resident issues...it's been one thing after another.
