I signed my third lease in February and plan to sign another. I LOVE Wellington Place. I have NEVER had a problem with ANYTHING and if I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved in a timely manner. I have had 2 occasions that I needed to call the emergency number and they were there within minutes. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are beautiful. This has been a very positive experience for me, not only would I highly recommend this to my friends...I have recommended it.
