Anyone telling you this place is nice is insane. you have to call maintenance over and over and they do not do a good job fixing things. they ladies in the front office are rude and think they are better than you. i haved lived there 5 years with my parents. the price for this neighborhood is not worth it. they should be paying you.

I have been looking for apartments all over the city. I went into this community because of the attached garages and the community looked nice. However, I agree with the posting dated 2/14/07...the office staff is snobby and not very professional. You would think people who TRY to be snobby would know how to do it properly. :-) They are just unprofessional. My advice...first impressions count for EVERYTHING.

They were exceptionally helpful to me when my wife and I visited, and we had no problem signing up for 12 months on that day. Seems like a great community, and we can't wait to call it 'home'.
