I moved to IN in September '05 and when looking, I discounted Wellington Place due to the location in Fishers (I work in Carmel - 25 minute commute), however, after looking at SEVERAL other Indy locations (NE, W, N) I'm VERY glad I chose Wellington Place. The rent is drastically lower (for the space) than other complexes, their increase after a year was only $15 per month and the office staff (Christa) was wonderful to work with throughout my 18 month stay.

When I first moved in, my exhauset vent in the master bath did not work - they fixed it immediately. The only 2 other issues I've had since were my water heater leaking (they fixed immediately, at my convenience) and a barking dog, which they addressed immediately. When I say immediately, I mean the SAME day!!

They send out surveys once a year (if not more frequently) in which residents can input suggestions. Two suggestions that were made were implemented within 2 months after the survey, one suggestion implemented within 1 week. Since these were only 'suggestions' I was very impressed.

I'm relocating to another State and I've been looking for another Hills Community complex in which to move - unfortunately there aren't any in the area... If I could move the complex with me, I would. Thanks Wellington Place for a wonderful renting experience!!!
