I have lived at wellington place for about a year now. There was a pull station outside my door that was pulled 3 months ago and has not been reset. I have my daughter that lives with me and if there is a fire there will not be anyway of notifying other residents that there is a fire. Also, the staff is snobbish, and have an attitude that they did you a favor by allowing you to live there. Most recently someone has been attacked on these premises and no visable security has been on site. Next to that other residents bypass security measures by propping open doors. This is an unsafe place for any single female and for children.

I am a single female and life at this community. So far I have been at this community for a year and I have enjoyed my safe. As for safety, crime can happen anywhere, so regardless, as a resident I must take necessary precautions by being aware of my surrounding and looking around when I come in and out of my apartment as well as the main door and when I get into my vehicle. The resident that was attack was doing a kind act and thats way its important not to let anyone in the main door unless you know for sure that it is your neighbor and thats the reason why I get to know my neighbors. So if i dont see a familiar face and their trying to get into the building I will not open the door if they are trying to come in with me. I do agree that so residents tend to leave the main door open and they should always close it behind them.
