My wife and I moved here last year and we had a difficult time finding safe and well kept apartments around the Indy area. Due to our jobs, we looked at the St. Vincents area but the problem in that area is the crime and the areas you want to live in are too over priced. We are so grateful in finding Wellington Place! The staff are friendly, the maintenance guys are great and it is close to everything. We will be leaving soon to become homeowners, but I highly recommend living here.
