After looking into a few different apartments and finally narrowing it down to Lake Forest Village, I called looking to make an appointment to go see some of their apartments only to find that you must be 21 or older to rent from them (I'm 20 and you can't have a co-signer or anything to get around this). This wasn't on their website or anything so just wanted to save some of you some time.
