I've been looking around at apartments for half a year now, and I kept finding myself coming back to Lake Forest. After living here for awhile, I'm certain glad I chose this apartment. The units are very quiet, and I've never heard noises from my neighbors through the walls. The apartments themselves are in great shape, the floor layouts are spacious, and I the high ceilings are a really nice touch. Kreager Park is literally a few paces to the East, and they have everything there from kids playgrounds to soccer fields to tennis courts. All three ladies in the front office were very nice and helpful, and they're always pleasant when dealing with questions that I have. Parking is ok, but I'm not sure what to do if I ever have more than one guest come over in separate cars. Compared to other apartment complexes in Fort Wayne, their rates are hard to beat. Overall, a great place to come home to each night.

Parking ususally is not a big deal. Once every few months I have quite a few people over who cannot carpool. As long as they are not parking in the car ports, all of the other spaces are open parking. I have had some park at the end of the carports as well. My neighbors do not mind since it is not all of the time. Another option is to have them park down by the pool area as long as it will not be for more than a night. :)
