A great place to live. The views are fantastic. The management and staff are professional and friendly. The market was added recently and is very convenient. Huge pool and decent fitness facility.

Tenants are friendly and I really enjoy the atmosphere.

I'm going to assume you work here because the picture perfect apartment complex you are describing simply does not exist. I have lived here for three years and while I love my apartment the management and staff are so very far from professional. I believe that the tenants work harder at keeping their apartments safe and sound than the actual staff, unless you are a day late on your rent, then the staff is working full force to make sure they get their money,even sending threats of eviction under your door. I have been late on my rent twice in the three years I have lived here and it amazes me how fast they can point the finger and make you feel completely irresponsible when basically I have done more work for this place just by paying my rent then they have by actually working here. I dread when the time comes when I actually need the maintenance people to come and fix something because I know I will spent so much time over the next weeks reminding management of my problem ( while receiving blank stares and empty promises from the office staff) before anything is done to actually fix the problem. Overall I love my apartment but hate the management and try to avoid the office like the plague.
