I live here almost a year now, and have no complaints. My rent is very cheap, my apartment is very little being in a stuido, but it is nice. Quiet, Very cold Central Air cond in every apartment. I have a dishwasher, all other apartments have the washer, dryer, dishwasher. I live in the cheapest apartment this place offers and it is still nice. I am in the prime location of town, not many problems here and it is very peaceful, alot of respectful People live here. The walls are very well made, thick and you cannot hear the person in the apartment next door to you, well built place all around. The regular apartments here, the 1 bedroom on up will run you around $500-$550 a month, but well worth the price considering you get a very nice place to live at.

I must agree with the person whom wrote this response. I lived at Wallen Hills a number of years back and found it and its staff to be quite a pleasure to be at and around. This is one of the reasons for why I am coming back, from proving what the person whom wrote the response actually is saying as true. You're never going to find the perfect place to live, but I feel that one will find that very close at Wallen Hills.
