many problems i encountered are listed in the reviews here - aggressive neighbors and dogs, ancient (ANCIENT) appliances - where else do you have to defrost your apartment refrigerator', ducts need cleaning, carpets need replacing.

rents are very high for the quality, and size, of the units.

neighbors can be nice or nasty, respectful of their neighbors or demanding respect for themselves.

i moved to a much larger apartment in a much newer development with a frost-free refrigerator, and it costs me more than 100 dollars a month less. go figure...
