This complex is a crime scene waiting to happen, a few doors down from me a man raped his girlfriend, strangled her, and took the phone from her so she couldn't call the police so she escaped. Across the hall from me the husband and wife continual fighting keeps me awake at all hours of the night. The doors have been rigged so you can use any key to gain entry. Maintenance is slow to act on anything I've had a request in since the day I moved in almost 9 months now to have a door fixed that is falling off the hinges not a sign of repair. The toilet leaks still after it was supposedly repaired. The property manager is a pain to deal with, really I wish I would have thought twice about moving in here.
The looks of the place are just dreary, and when you walk into the stairway it stinks of mold (well since is is moldy I guess it would smell that way). Laundry facilities are broken quite a bit of the time, and also like to eat your money.

Not sure what apartments you talking about but it's not Turtle Creek in Frankfort! I have lived there for 5 years now and the place you discribed isn't the place I live in.
