the lake shore dunes apartments is no where you would whant to move to.
people are peeing in the elevators and smoking weed in the hallways i havent been here two month yet and i all ready know i'm NOT going to renew my lease next year i wish i would have never moved here PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT AN GOOD PLACE TO BE.

I love my apartment nice location relating to the beach, lake, and southshore trains but ...the rent is too high... surroundings or upkeep is horrible...some of the tenants are unbearable...not happy with the new management...this was a really nice place of residency when I first moved here however... I'm really looking forward to moving as soon as my lease expires..
