I am a senior citizen resident. I can fully say the improvements being made by the new owners are starting to pay dividends. Security is greatly improved....gangbangers are not as apparent as they were in past years. Undesirabel tenants are being warned, and in some cases having their leases canceled and being removed from the property. It i incumbent upon residents to report undesirables and take some responsiblity for the the property. Treat this place with respect. Remind your family, your guests...this is where you live and they should respect it. Dont litter, put graffiti on walls....and mind your children.
