I have never stayed in an apartment where the staff was so unprofessional and unmotivated to help.
The units are spacious (huge master bedroom), but the kitchen is really small.
It is quite nice if you don't mind the occassional gun shots and screams.
Late at night, especially in the summer, there are loud people outside.
Difficult to have an early morning job to go to.
The only thing I really liked was that the beautiful beach is right down the street.

don't know what unit "boo" lives in but I have been a resident since 2007...and have not eexperienced the problems she has. As fot the kids..well that happens anywhere as for "gunshots"...never heard any...staff..maybe its the way she approcahes people..bet she's gonna have problems anywhere she goes..

Not really. I'm a really nice person. I just didn't have a good experience there. It wasn't the entire staff; just a couple of people that I was dealing with. I love the place I'm in now, and I'd never had an experience like that before. I didn't mention kids in my review, though. I don't know what you were referring to.

you don't have to defend your self mztruth, b/c we all know the truth to living out there. I worked a fulltime 40 hour job and was on-call every other week of my job and I couldn't sleep either b/c of the noisy disrespectful ghetto neighbors. I lived by myself as a young lady so I know I wasn't the problem and I am sure you probably weren't either. I didn't even go out at night unless I had to and when I did I walked to my complex from the parking lot as fast as I could.

Mztruth, everyone knows you kept it 100 with your review. It's like living in the projects. Filthy, trifling, buildings and criminals for neighbors. Office staff is rude and very unprofessional.
