I've been here 4 a little over a year. I think the condition of the apartment and noise level depends on what part your in. Myself 4 instance lives in the townhouse and the walls are unbelievably thin. I mean 2 the point when my neioghbors walk up their stairs it sounds like their coming up my stairs. The condition of the apartment is fine. Poor insulation though.When winter hits u can tell. There r alot of cracks that are not visible to u but, the outside bugs find them. All in all this is a great 1st apartment exspecially if u get creative with ur decorative style it makes a hell of a difference and the staff is very nice.Maintaince sucks with repairing things when their scheduled to. If their expected on Monday, expect 2 see them on Wednesday.

Remember this all depends on what part of WB ur in, ur apartment, and neioghbors.
