There are so many things that need to be done here in westbrook that it is pittiful.I have had so many things wrong with the apartment that i reside in it is a shame i've had to have the whole bathroom floor taken up and redone and it took them 4 days to do what they said would be a one day job since the guy who started the job got sick and they were supposed to send someone to finish the job and they never did so i had to go to the office and complain to get them to finish the job. The ceilings leak in the living room when it rains and in the utility room and the pipes in the kutchen freeze every winter and the office just tell you to open up the cabinet doors and turn up your heat to thaw out the pipes and it does not work so your stuck without a kitchen sink until the temp.warms up.The parking sucks and there is no security to monitor the area and yes my apartment have been broken into and all the office would say is we are not responsible for someone breaking into your apartment. The office is very unprofessional as to letting their tennants know when they are cutting off the water to do repairs in the units so you don't find out this until you try to use the water.the pipes are so screwed up that if i am using water in the bathroom and my neighbors turn on their water my water pressure goes very low to where i have to wait for the neighbors to turn off their faucet to gain water pressure.It is very pittiful that they want to charge an arm and a leg for rent out here but they do not care about the safety of their tennants or the condition of their apartments as long as they can rent them out. It is a shame that since they have put up a gate that you only have one way in and one way out and you better hope that no one is blocking you in because you will not be able to get out of the complex unless you drive through the grass to find a way out. Last but not least how are you suppose to feel safe when everytime you look around someone has set fire to an apartment out here'
