It is quiet in the winter, unless there's a holiday: then you have extremely loud and rude neighbors with their loud and rude families coming over to visit. In the summer it's pretty and I've never lived anywhere more beautiful, but: again, the neighbors are loud, rude, thoughtless, and so are their kids. People run around from about 8 in the morning til all hours of the night yelling and waking you up. It seems the people that live around here have never been taught respect and manners. Or even consideration for others. This even includes the maintenance staff who will be outside yelling to eachother at 7 in the morning like no one else is sleeping. There are some nice people who live here, but often good neighbors leave, and horrible ones move in. Complaining about this to the office does no good either. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
