Highly recommended! I have been living at Summer place for more than a year.I am very happy with my apartment. It's spacious, not very expensive. It's very convenient. New Papa Johns is just across the street. Shopping is so easy. My wife loves the place. The office staff is the best.

Parking, grounds, maintenence, overall Maintenance is horrible. It takes forever for them to come out and repair, replace and fix things. Their is not enough parking for the number of units. The cost of the apartmet is very pricey for the service that is received.
