This place is a great place for kids. However, they said in the lease that they provide snow removal for all residents, that's a lie. I called the office and she basically told me to put on a jacket and get to town. I have 3 small children and I cant leave them alone to go shovel 12 inches of snow. The guy who lives across the street had to plow the streets in the community. The maint. sucks. They are 2 young guys who do not know what the hell they are doing. It takes forever to get something fixed. But the community is full of sweet and helpful people. I love my neighbors, we all know each other by name and all of our kids play together in the fenced in playground. I think it is to over priced but I love the people and kids who live here. The kids are very respectful. Did I mention a sheriff lives across the street. No breakins here. No rude or mean teenagers. Very quiet and peaceful. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
