this is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. The apartment manager lives here so that makes things a little more fluid when it comes to community issues. However, the parking lot is the worst thing I've ever seen. Some of the tenants think its a drag strip and nothing here stop it from happening. I've almost been hit three times while walking and more than a few in my car in my 2 years of living here. The park, which is small but adequate gives a nice view of people doing 30-50 miles an hour not but ten foot away. The second entrance hosts what can only be an underground time trial track as a few of the younger men like to see how fast they can whip around the corner.

This place needs large speed bumps to slow down people who don't have enough sense to do it on their own.

If it wasn't for the parking lot, this place would be wonderful. However, its enough of an issue to drop down my rating by half. If you don't mind people going 40-50 miles an hour in a parking lot not but a foot from the sidewalk where you, or your children are playing, fine. Aside from this, the grounds are kept clean, our apartment was up to date for the most part and paying rent is easy with the online payment system. The maintenance is quick and parking is so so. I've only had to park a little bit form my apartment once.
