I lived in and worked in Greenfield for a sunner and I walked in and was shocked at what I saw. Really well-kept place, washer and dryer were pretty efficient and not a set of cheap appliances. When I walked into the office, all the paperwork was sitting there and ready for me to get started, very organized staff. There is a housing complex behind the apartmehnts that has a private basketball court and the neighborhood people there were friendly enough to let me use it.

Other than that, maintance was responsive, the lake is kind of nice to have around but you never know what could be in there... but the one problem is that the dogs crap everywhere, and some people don't seem to care enough to take care of it.

I must admit, I had my music on at a decent level one night and the neighbors kindly came over and told me to turn it down... but they said that pictures were falling off of their walls. My music was loud but not THAT loud and my subwoofer was not directly on the back wall, but by next to the window of an adjacent wall, so the walls are pretty thin. The rest of the summer, I really didn't know how I could get away with playing a guitar in the apartment when such a small issue would cause some problems.

anyway, bottom line is it's a great place to live, nice folks, extremely safe, pretty well-kept community.

(I'm a college student so that one kid who gave a bad review has problems that were simply brought to light by living in a place like meant for people with more respect than him).
