Not terrible, but not great either

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
In the year that we've lived here, we've experience slow or no response to maintenance requests on many occasions. Parking is an absolute nightmare. And if it snows - don't plan on being able to get out of your parking space. They will plow the cars in when they clear the main road - the next day after the snow falls. But the rent isn't too high, the neighborhood is quiet (thanks to the large number of police that live here & the sherrif's substation located in the complex), and the schools are good.
