This place was a complete nightmare for my family.
The unit we rented was moldy, and smelled, we had water leak issues that would never get fixed right. The dog poop that covered all grassy areas of this complex would knock you over with the rotten smell. Dog walking policy was never followed and the staff here never never never asked anyone to actually follow the rules. I could never find a parking spot, I would always have to park 3 to 5 buildings away from my unit, imagine carrying grocery's back to your unit ,, it was a nightmare. There are many trashy people that hang out in the parking lot after dark, smoking, drinking, drugs. We had neighbors that constantly had wild party's and they smoked a lot of funny smelling homemade smokes on their back porch, so if our back porch door was open we would get the pleasure of smelling their party. We had neighbors with kids constantly getting arrested. The pool is always being closed down because it never passes the clean test,,, ewww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Also,, most of the good reviews on here are from the staff,, it's common knowledge they pretend to be renters and write the good reviews,,
