I have lived here for a 1 year. What I have noticed is the property is very quiet. The office and maintenance people are very nice and polite. They are very prompt when you have a problem. The heated pool is one my favorite places during the summer. They usually open early and stay open later. This would be a great place for anyone who likes it quiet.
