Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
They charged some residents a bogus $5 charge for trach pickup and they do NOT give 30 days notices for rent increases.
The maintenance is not good. If the residents want something done many times they end up having to do it themselves.
If the residents were treated better, then they would take care of things better.
There is a laundry room but the tenant has to pay a deposit to use it.
