I have lived here for the past 5 years, and think that there has been a lot of improvements to the property. They replaced the old fences, assigned parking, have done landscaping, painted hallways and are currently replacing the carpet in the hallways. The only time I hear the neighbors complain is when they have to comply with the rules and I am glad that the rules are enforced. I am up for renewal soon, and plan on renewing. If you want someplace affordable, this is the place to be.
