Let's start w/ the problems...

When maintenance came to fix a leak one day they left mud all over the carpet. We called to complain and finally a week and a half later someone showed up to VACUUM w/o ringing the doorbell - just walked in.

MAJOR Water leak outside our building left everyone in our building w/o water for a week - no compensation for having to drive out of town to relatives or for those who had to go to a hotel.

NOISY - if someone lives above you w/ kids - good luck! Complained numerous times only to over head (through the walls) the manager (Donita) telling our upstairs neighbor that they are to just ignore our complaints. Their kids would run up and down the stairs at all hours and jump on the floor as well as try to play basketball or something it their kitchen.

PARKING - Another neighbor liked having parties so there were days we couldn't park near out apartment. Suppossedly there was assigned parking (2 places per unit and guests parked elsewhere) - but even after complaining management did not enforce.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING - We lived by a field and one of the lakes and there wasn't any lighting other than our porch light for us to feel "safe" while coming in at night. I mean it is a huge field that was completely pitch black w/ no parking lot lights near by
and right by the interstate - not safe!
BUGS - With living by a field we had a ton of spiders and bugs. The company was unable to spray on the day they had arranged and showed up unannounced one to spray while I had a newborn I had to quickly pack up and leave as it is dangerous to babies obviously.

The management was always apologetic - but that was about it.

It was a beautiful, small apartment w/ great bathrooms and kitchens. Has more potential if they would actually paint the walls like most apartments do after someone moves out and work on the management/maintenance.
