Very dissappointed!! - I have only been here a little over six months, these apartments and grounds are beautiful BUT I have had several maintenance problems and the two maintenance men are rude and treat the problem and you no better than a slum lord would. Manager Manager is very unfriendly but her husband is awesome and quick to fix andy problems that come up. Noise level is awful we can hear everything that is going on with our neighbors. Make sure to only park in your parking spaces even if noone is living in the apartment you will get a strike

Great Great Great After looking at all the apts in Greensburg, I moved in Dec 2006.I am so glad I did. The apt is roomy, bright and so comfortable. The residents are friendly and considerate. I love living here. The staff are prompt and really care about the residents. I have no complaints

Rebuttal Has Potential Sorry your experience was not satisfactory. We try very hard to put our customers first. THings happen in daily life that can not be predicted. Such as a broken underground waterline at 2am on a weekend. It was repaired within 3 days and no complaint from any other resident

When maintenance came to fix a leak one day they left mud all over the carpet. We called to complain and finally a week and a half later someone showed up to VACUUM w/o ringing the doorbell - just walked in.

very, very noisy I did not sleep through the night the entire time that I lived in this apartment. The interstate is a couple of hundred yards away and residents come and go at all hours of the night. There was a nice balcony that overlooked the lake, but it is so noisy you can't even
