Great Great Great - After looking at all the apts in Greensburg, I moved in Dec 2006.I am so glad I did. The apt is roomy, bright and so comfortable. The residents are friendly and considerate. Staff is geat I moved in here a couple of months ago and am eally impressed with the staff. The maanger is always polite and she even knows my name. The maintience man is very friendly. glad i move here.. really really nice place to live...

Rebuttal Has Potential Sorry your experience was not satisfactory. We try very hard to put our customers first. THings happen in daily life that can not be predicted. Such as a broken underground waterline at 2am on a weekend. It was repaired within 3 days and no complaint from any other resident

When maintenance came to fix a leak one day they left mud all over the carpet. We called to complain and finally a week and a half later someone showed up to VACUUM w/o ringing the doorbell - just walked in.

very, very noisy I did not sleep through the night the entire time that I lived in this apartment. The interstate is a couple of hundred yards away and residents come and go at all hours of the night. There was a nice balcony that overlooked the lake, but it is so noisy you can't even
