I would recommend living at Ashmore Trace. After living in a house for over 20 years I was concerned about moving to an apartment, however, the town house I live in is a lot like a house. I love having a screen door. Not to say that there have not been some problems but you can get that in any apartment and with any management. Needless to say, that as an adult I know that communication is the key. Therefore, I contact management and have normally worked out the problem. I have review several of the comments listed below and can say in my almost 4 years here I have not experienced the problems mentioned in the other comments. Yes, sometimes on the weekends the dumpsters do get full but that is normally from tenants moving and dumping their old stuff. If I could say I have any complaint it would be wiht the number of inspections that I have had to go threw. I understand that management has a right to inspect their property but it can get nerve racking. Overall if I had to do it over again I would still move here.

If you like it so much why are you anonymous? Communication works both ways you know. Unfortunately, with the current management, what you say usually goes in one ear and out the other! But they seem to play favorites so they'll listen to those they like, or at least patronize them! Funny that you should have to go THROUGH so many inspections. Nobody else does! They inspected my apartment once when I moved in and once when I moved out! I lived there quite awhile!
