I went to lease an apartment at Barton Yesterday....and the leasing woman was completely rude! She acted like I was incoveniencing her........while she was sitting in the office talking to her boyfriend.......she said.......well I don't think we having anything.......it really turned me off.......they need to screen their staff......they are very unprofessional!

I have managed Barton Farms since February of 2004 and have never had an issue with my leasing staff being rude. I apologize if you had a bad experience in my office and can guarantee that Barton Farms is a great place to call home and our office and maintenance team are exceptional!

Action needs to be taken against the management staff if thats the case. After all Customer comes first.......I was checking this appartment and I wount move in here...

The staff often acts put out when you ask them for something. I live here and I think they are quite rude. They have no problem collecting your money but when you need them to enforce their own rules or keep up their end of the lease, they couldn't be bothered.

First of all how do you know that the person was chatting up her boyfriend unless you was there. Second of all why was your boyfriend there. You are there to do a job not sit and talk to your boyfriend. I think that the management needs to be checked out. they are rude and dont do thier jobs. They do act like they are put out when you ask something
