THis is a nice apartment complex. We did have some issues with them marking a spare vehicle we had there to be towed although they corrected it when informed about it. The apartments are nice. We had an issue with the dryer lent dumping on our patio be cause there are two vent above the first floor patios. We asked them to fix it. Their fix was not an approved fix nor did it last more than a week, we just learned to deal with it although it is a dumb design. The complex had a nice pond on it although it would have been better if there was a building or something there to allow more use of it. There is a fitness area, pool and a banquet/party room to rent. I say it is a 7 out of 10. We are house shopping so we moved to a cheaper complex to help us pay off some bills. In hindsight we would have stayed.
The office manager and her helper sometimes come off bitchy and they seem to be bothered by you if you need something other than paying rent.
Oh yeah when we moved in you didn't have to pay for your water when we moved out they were charging for the water too. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
