I moved into Barton Farms in October. I really like it here. I had no idea that the apartments were 3 years old. They look brand new. I like how clean the complex is. It looks very nice from the street and even better inside. I have a second floor with a vaulted ceiling that really makes it feel spacious. The office staff has always been friendly. The full sized washer and dryer are very nice.

The only thing is to be sure that you want to stay there for the whole lease. I had a job offer in South Carolina that I wanted to take but couldnt because it was going to cost me $1500 to break my lease and that was with them cutting me a "deal." I also got in before they started making you pay for water. The apartments are pretty expensive so I don't know if I will be able to stay next year because I can't afford the additional monthly cost of water. Otherwise it really is a great place to live.
