I have lived here almost 2 years now, and love the layout of the apartment itself. It literally is right across the road from a cornfield, also a fire station is less than 500 ft away. So you always know when theres a fire, or tornado. The area is very nice, well lit at night, and crime is at a low.. cept for some young teenagers who drive around their loud cars at night. The staff is decent when it comes to personality, but is very prompt on maintenance and issues with the apt itself. There is a big lake, which ive never used but its pretty to look at. The pool is a bit small and is ALWAYS cold, no matter if its 100 degrees outside lol.. Decent weight room if you wanna sweat some pounds, but not much on space. They finally fixed the pool table but its only open to use when the office is open.

NOW, as for parking' it seems some people think 1 car per person is acceptable.. which when you look around, its NOT. You only are allowed 2 cars per apt.. but people think otherwise as they have many roommates to cover the high COST of living here.. its a bit pricey.. an to add to it they are charging for water to cover the system to make the water cleaner, but isn't hooked up yet! It was installed before i moved in 2 years ago! I would recomend it here, but not to people on low income.

p.s. All the apt's have built in washer/dryers.. with screened in porches, and LOTS of closet space. LOVE THAT!

I'm really considering moving in here but have seen a couple of responses about paying the water bill. How much does that run per month and for how many people? It would just be me. The staff told me about $15 a month for one person.

We live in a 2 bed/2 bath and our water bill runs between $22-$24 every month. We also pay for gas, in addition to electric, because the water heater runs on it.
