I have lived here going on two years. I would not live anywhere else. I lived at Devonshire and they have nothing on Barton Farms. Barton is a very clean, quiet, and affordable community. The maintenance here is amazing. I have never lived anywhere that maintence cares about your problems until I lived here. They are very professional and nice. The apartments are very spacious and i love having a washer and dryer already in the apartment. I couldn't find one thing wrong when I moved in. Carpets were so clean that you couldn't tell it wasn't new. If you don't choose to live at Barton Farms you are making a mistake!!!!

you mention the maintenance but not a thing about the management. I agree with maintenance being amazing but if you have to deal with the mangement than you better just forget it. They act like you are a nuisance to them if you go there for anything but to pay rent.
