I have just moved into barton farms within the last couple of months. Although, the maintenance staff does well most of the time, I really dont like the level of noise that is here. I am up a lot of weekends, all night because of the neighbors here. I was told by the leasing agent that there was never a noise issue. I think i was given some opinions that were not accurate about the community.

Typical attitude of the staff at Barton Farms- "Oh well we never heard of that problem so I guess it just must be you." I bet this isn't the first time they've heard about the noise..and even if it is- it doesn't matter...you are still entitled, legally, to "quiet enjoyment of the premises" and they should not dismiss your concerns.

Weird, when I lived there I had roommate issues and we got noise complaints all the time. Nothing ever happened, we just got notes.

While I was living there the staff was very rude. I am so glad to out of there. I think that they pick and choose what they want to deal with. If they know you then you will not have any problems. Everytime we complained about the neighbors it was counter acted back to us. We think they was friends with our neighbor. So we are glad to be gone and happy where we are.
