We moved there thinking it was going to be a great experience. Duplex with a yard only one close neighbor. Of course the staff was sorta nice while we was looking to move in nothing spectacular though. But it seemed almost immediately after we moved in the staff had a bad attitude. They acted like they was annoyed anytime we asked them something other than turning in the rent. So I would second think about moving here. I have lived in different communities but never had staff like at Barton Farms. I think they thought they was suppose to dress up and be there and do nothing. Some of the outfits they wore should of been for bar hopping very unprofessional for the work that they was SUPPOSE to be doing. I am sure as you read the different postings on here you will see that they all are complaining about the staff there. So this isnt just my opinion but others agree with me

I'm not sure why this uneducated "reviewer" had such a bad experience as I've lived in a duplex here for 2 years now and have yet to see anything unprofessional or have a bad experience with any staff here. My guess would be that certain people who are "uneducated" as the post above would seem to portray, feel threatened by others who are more sophisticated than themselves, and/or have been repeatedly late with their rent, or had multiple complaints and tend to misconstrue situations/experiences with staff and take it out on message boards where there is no accountability rather than going to the "staff" themselves and addressing the issue. Please don't take one post here for "gospel" and miss out on a great place to live with great people that work very hard to make your experience a great one. Thank you for your time. .

Well I am sorry to say that you are totally wrong. This must be a staff member that wrote the above post. I am a college graduate and I am not threatened by anyone, especially the staff at Barton Farms because they are not sophisticated they are very unprofessional. I for one was never late with my rent it was always paid 1-2 weeks before it was due and nothing was misconstrued. I have the right to my opinion and you are just putting down someone who you dont know and you dont know any of the situation you are speculating. And if you look at all the other post on here there are a lot of other people who agree with me about the staff being very unprofessional. So one good post outweighs all the bad post about the staff......

I am a former resident..also a college graduate with a Masters as well.... I too believe the staff is unprofessional. They have bad attitudes and are two faced. That it my opinion and I am entitled to it. The first response is clearly from a staff member and its ironic that they are anonymous but criticize other people who choose to remain anonymous!
