We moved in Bexley either in March or April (2009) and I must say it has been very quiet in here. Residents are very polite and pretty much keep to themselves. The children seem to be very well behaved, even the older ones. From my experience regarding renters who have dogs, you don't see them cleaning up their pets mess. There are a few who do. Honestly, not a very big deal to me. The maintenance crew are very nice and friendly. We've had a few minor problems with the apartment but they were out here each time to fix it. For the seekers who have children, I LOVE Clark Elementary and will not move out of the Clark-Pleasant Community District. My son is a second grader and his teacher is wonderful. The Principal, Mrs. Geis is wonderful and very nice and personable. The bus stop is right in front of the Clubhouse, very convenient. You are very close to about everything living here. Starbuck's is walking distance, how much better can life get. In the summer while the pool was open, it was clean and very nice. It didn't get too crowded either. Other tenants by the pool were very friendly and respectful. The Clubhouse is beautiful. I had my brother's 30th party there and the rent fee was very reasonable. They gave you ample of time to set-up and clean-up. The ladies in the office are very nice and understanding. I'm not perfect and I have paid rent late a couple times and they were very nice to talk with regarding paying the rent late. Next to the apartment there is a walking trail right off of Sheek Road that you can walk for miles. I see many individuals walking. I haven't checked out the Fitness center here in the Clubhouse. I will, someday. Ha! I have read some bad reviews about this complex, but everyone is different and are open to their own opinions. All two bedroom apartments are lakeview. My son loves it because he enjoys fishing. I have a little fear of the water with my children but I do keep a very close eye on my kids. I do like the screened porches. The only complaint that I have is when we moved in the carpet should have been replaced. We noticed the dirt spots and their was a mild odor to the carpet. We clean the carpets about once every two weeks therefore we don't notice it all that much. We had talked about upgrading to The Falcon but I like the private entrance with our apartment. I also like the gas fireplace. It adds a nice touch to the apartment. All in all we will be renewing our lease. If you have questions please ask! I will answer honestly. Brad and Lori
