OK but staff turn over BAD

Bexley starting taking away several amenities. They no longer have a Business center and will no longer accept packages. The fitness equipment is old and doesn't work most of the time. The maintaince staff was always very nice and helpful, but the communication between the office staff and maintaince was very poor!!! Every time I had a problem it took severl days if not a week or more to get fixed because the problem was not stated correctly to the maintaince staff. In the year I lived at Bexley there were three different apartment managers, and who knows how many different leasing agents. Every manager came in with different rules and made new changes.
