Lived in the community for 2 years - Never had a good experience with the office staff. The staff is very discriminatory and high handed.

When you call to discuss things they do not co-operate or they slam the phone on you

If you were so displeased why did you live there 2 years. I never had a problem. Did you ever think people treat you the way that you have treated them?

I couldn't agree more with the office staff being rude. Not all of the staff was rude to me. However, when the new manager came in, I was upset that my rent check constantly was 'lost' or I received a note saying my rent was late, when I paid it on time. Very unprofessional, how hard is it to deposit checks? But the maintenance is great. I'd recommend this place.

To answer your question - Two reasons I lived there for two years: Wife was pregnent and it took a year to find and build the right house for us and Rent was the same so didn't make sense to move into a new apartment and then move again into a house within 12-14 months Agreed one gets treated the way one treats others. There are exceptions - bexley is one of the exeptions. Not all of the people in the office are high handed and rude but some of them are for no reasons
