Decent place but POOR management.

Unbelieveable how bad management really is. We gave them 60 days notice after living there for 14 months but we were still charged a "Lease Termination Fee". The water was turned off without warning on several occasions (water is included with your rent) leaving myself and my pregnant wife cold (furnace works off of hot water heater: no water, no heat) and unable to shower.
