Seemed good when we moved in, regretted it after only a month. Maintenance people are lazy and will back talk you if you ask them to fix a problem. They are very dishonest and underhanded about pricing. We asked them to install an extra shelf in the laundry room, was told it would cost $10 (got it in writing) after shelf was installed they billed us $50. Prices will change without notice, told pets are allowed at a $10 per pet fee, they then raised it to $25 per, plus a $200 deposit per pet. When we asked to extend our lease by two weeks while we close on our house, we were told we would only have to pay for the two weeks, they then billed us for the entire month. Overall, if you're thinking about renting here, THINK AGAIN! You could not pay me enough to live there, or recommend anyone to live there. One last thing, the office manager is very, VERY rude and sarcastic.
