I have lived at Bexley now for almost 2 1/2 years. Overall I cannot complain too much about my experience here. I've always gotten prompt service, and the office staff generally are nice. There is very little noise in my building, and the people that live around me are really nice. Every time I thought about moving they gave me a break on my rent to re-sign another year. I'm getting ready to move soon, just for the chance of scenery. Apartments are nice and well-kept, maintenance has always been timely with repairs, and there have been very few of those over the past 27 months. Only negative thing I can say is that I know people living here who are friends with management and get an insanely low rent payment, which isn't fair, especially to someone who has been here as long as I have and never late on rent. That's the only complaint I have, so it's not too bad overall.
