Where do I start' My wife and I paid 27 months of rent there and they still charged us $1300 when we finally bought a house and moved out. At first we were thrilled at the price of rent, but we soon realized why we got such a good price. The parking at Bexley is atrocious! I usually had to park 5-6 buildings away from where I lived, especially at night. Canadian Goose poop is EVERYWHERE! Could barely walk outside the door without stepping in it. Never had any problems with the staff except the office manager is a complete witch! Buying a house was less of a hassle than dealing with Bexley village, and it cost the same as well!

I wonder what the charges were for. Usually they charge extra when trashy people destroy their apartment. Other than that what else is there? Are you serious, 5 to 6 buildings? That seems like you parked at one end of the complex and lived on the other, yet in the middle everyone else with a brain found a spot. Up until my divorce I never knew anything about apartments. Bexley Village has been great to me. I was a pain at first because I wasn't used to it and I feel the staff including the manager did everything they could to take care of me. I lived there for a little over a year and was very pleased. Due to a job relocation I had to move. Thankfully the city I moved to has apartments that are owned by the same company that owns Bexley. Practically the same. Looking for a new apartment was difficult because of people who still haven't figured out what fine print is. Seems like everyone wants to complain about a charge yet if they were to read the contract they signed, it tells you whats what. Apartment communities like every other business are NOT not-for-profit. It seems to me that this guy is complaining about his own ignorance or just plain stupidity. I stand by Bexley. By the way, geese are everywhere flocking in double digits. It would be imposible to keep up. If I have to see this crap then you can see a goose's crap.

i do agree with the parking problem if i get home late i have to pak like 3 buildings down if you live towards the back and it really sucks
