I am glad to say that after a horrible experience in our last place, Bexley Village is wonderful. The staff and maintenance are pleasant and have attended to every need we've had in a decent fashion. Like most places, it might take a couple of times for whatever problem you've got to be fixed for good. However, they've been there the same day both times we've needed them.
Unfortunately, my wife and I had a horrible experience in our last place with issues of mold, bad leases, etc. This place was very open at the beginning and allowed us to ask all the questions we had to truly understand the finer points of the lease. Most places run you through the process and rush it. (We actually got suckered into having to professionally clean our 'already clean' carpets in the last place before moving out)
Overall, this place is a 9/10 and is very well built. The noise is minimal and neighbors seem to be decent. They are pretty strict on smoke within the common areas, which is a pleasant sight. Look, smokers can smoke, but don't flood my apartment with your nastiness. Soapbox aside, its been really nice for us. Ultra convenient location, being only 20 minutes to downtown.
