Move in conditions were not the greatest. Maintenance is slow to reponses. Communication between tenant and staff members is not the greatest. I won't mention any staff names but one of the leasing consultants is very snobby. She needs an attitude adjustment. No reason to be a snob here. The neighbors are great and quiet. The washer and dryer is too noisy and should've been replaced. Probably should've checked around more to find a better deal.

you know i have been a resident in bexley for 3 years, and i must say that all the girls in the office are wonderful and do what they can to help any of us redsidents out! are you telling the whole truth about your side of the story? were you snobby to the staff? i have been snippy with April, Mandi, and Whitney several times, and they are professional about what they say, but they have the right to disagree with someone. and don't tell me that you wouldn't be snobby if someone was being snobby to you! As for the washer and dryer, well, what can you expect for a "free" washer and dryer? i know that if you would rather go out and buy your own, the staff will arrange to have your old ones removed, so that your new "quiet" ones can be delivered! (bexley will not be responsible for the repairs on them) the washers and dryers are free and you shouldn't expect them to be top of the line in an apartment. (i'm from carmel, and i know even the free ones up there arn't anything special) most of the time people abuse them anyway. absolutely, i think you should check around, i know you can have a nicer washer and dryer in other places, but they will charge you rent on them. just think, when your lease is up you can move far away from here, and we can all be happy again!

Bexley is a great place to live. I've enjoyed living here for over 3 years. The office staff, including April, are very kind. I couldn't imagen her being rude to anyone. Maintenance is quick to respond. They have same-day guaranteed maintenance. If you were unsatisfied with the way your apartment was when you moved in, then you should have said something. I'm sure they would have done something about the 'stinch' or the 'loud/annoying' appliances. Also, when you say that Bexley isn't very good at all, I'm assuming you say this because of the ratings, have you noticed a lot of the ratings for other properties in the area??? Why do you think most people get on this site? Have you ever heard that people are more likely to complain about a bad experience than to praise a positive one? Well you've done the same thing. I'm sure you wouldn't have wasted your time praising Bexley if you were statisfied with your experience.

It looks as if their rating keeps getting lower. I wouldn't say the whole crew is a waste though. Whitney is very helpful and very professional. However, I have not had same day maintenance guarantee service. Sometimes they will come and sometimes they don't show at all. This is the worst place for maintenance and I have lived in a few complexes throughout my life. Nothing you can really do about it though. Oh well, such is life.

I have had good experiences with Mandi. I can agree with the comment about April. Hopefully, you listed these things when you moved in. Everyone is so eager for people to move out on this website! It is funny they are all ready to boot out their neighbors!

The crew appears to be a lost cause. Our whole building has been talking and would like a new staff immediately.
